Maintenance of CNC System
1. Strict compliance with operating procedures and daily maintenance system
2. Prevent dust from entering CNC devices: Floating dust and metal powder can easily cause the insulation resistance between components to decline, thus causing faults or even damage components.
3. Heat Dissipation and Ventilation System of Timely Cleaning CNC Cabinet
4. Monitor the grid voltage of CNC system frequently: the range of grid voltage is 85%-110% of rated value.
5. Regular replacement of batteries for memory
6. Maintenance of CNC system when it is not used for a long time: often electrify CNC system or make CNC machine tool run temperature program.
7. Maintenance of spare circuit boards and maintenance of mechanical components
Maintenance of Machine Parts of NC Machine Tool
1. Maintenance of tool storehouse and tool changing manipulator
1) When installing knives manually into the tool storehouse, ensure that the knives are in place and check whether the lock on the tool base is reliable.
2) It is strictly forbidden to load overloaded and overlength cutters into the tool storehouse to prevent tool dropping or collision between the cutters and workpieces, fixtures, etc. when the manipulator changes the cutters.
3) In order to select cutters, attention should be paid to whether the order of the cutters placed on the tool library is correct. Other tool selection methods should also pay attention to whether the number of the tool changed is consistent with the required tool, so as to prevent the occurrence of accidents caused by the wrong tool replacement.
4) Keep the tool handle and sleeve clean.
5) Check whether the zero-return position of the tool library is correct, check whether the position of the tool-return point of the machine tool spindle is in place, and adjust it in time, otherwise the tool-change action can not be completed;
6) When starting the machine, the tool holder and the manipulator should be operated empty first to check whether the work of each part is normal, especially whether the switch and solenoid valve can operate normally.
2. Maintenance of Ball Screw Pairs
1) Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the screw nut pair to ensure the reverse transmission accuracy and axial stiffness;
2) Check regularly whether the connection between the screw support and the bed is loose and whether the supporting bearing is damaged. If there are any problems above, fasten the loose parts in time and replace the supporting bearings.
3) The ball screw with grease is used to clean the old grease on the screw every six months and replace the new grease. The ball screw lubricated with lubricating oil is refueled once a day before the machine tool works.
4) Attention should be paid to avoid hard dust or chips entering the protective cover of the lead screw and hitting the protective cover during the working process. If the protective device is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
3. Maintenance of main drive chain
1) Regularly adjust the tightness of the spindle drive belt;
2) Prevent all kinds of impurities from entering the tank. Change the lubricating oil once a year.
3) Keep the connecting parts of the spindle and the tool handle clean. The displacement of hydraulic cylinder and piston should be adjusted in time.
4) The counterweight should be adjusted in time.
4. Maintenance of Hydraulic System
1) Regular filtration or replacement of oil;
2) Control the temperature of oil in hydraulic system;
3) Prevent leakage of hydraulic system;
4) Regular inspection and cleaning of oil tanks and pipelines;
5) Implement the daily inspection system.
5. Maintenance of Pneumatic System
1) Remove impurities and moisture from compressed air;
2) Check the fuel supply of the oil mist in the system;
3) Keep the system tightness;
4) Attention should be paid to adjusting working pressure.
5) Cleaning or replacing pneumatic components and filter elements;
