Analysis of Complex Causes of NC Machine Tool Faults

When there are many reasons for the failure, it is difficult to determine at once. Especially the current CNC system, no matter which company produces it, is not very intelligent, and the system can not automatically diagnose the exact cause of the failure. Often the same alarm number can have many causes, and it is impossible to reduce the fault to a certain component. Similarly, there are many failures without alarm, such as servo alarm, then there may be the following reasons:

(1) The insert is loose, resulting in too tight in one direction;

(2) The bad lubrication of guide rails causes too much friction;

(3) Ball screw commutator has problems, leading to screw jam;

The excessive gain of servo system results in excessive impact when motor starts and stops.

The brake of servo motor is not opened;

_Excessive cutting capacity;

_Tool damage;

The protective cover is stuck.
